The championship is held like an experimental one and the first season is in a test mode.
Leaders of "the top 3" will receive special certificates from SKILL-MAX project as awards.
Right after the end of the first season the project management is planning to organize further development of the championship.
Tournament registration is absolutely free and it opens on 15 February 2010.
